OWL is an advanced solution for police, their partner agencies & communities to maximise the potential of Neighbourhood Watch, School Watch, Business Watch and dozens of other schemes. OWL provides the latest messages and crime alerts along with management tools for starting and maintaining watches.

To join a watch, start a new one or make an enquiry please use the Watch Finder tool for any of these locations: Hertfordshire, Staffordshire, Gwent, North Wales, Carmarthenshire and Bradford. For other counties please consult with your local police force if you would like to use OWL to manage your watch schemes online & send messages to members in your county or district.

Finding Your Nearest Watch Scheme
To register or get in touch with your nearest watch scheme please select the scheme you're intersted in and provide your full residential or business postcode. Please note OWL currently operates in the following locations: Hertfordshire, Staffordshire, Gwent, North Wales, Carmarthenshire and Bradford.
OWL supports over 60 different types of residential & business schemes. Only a few are listed above and will vary between counties.
OWL Has National Police Approval
OWL is a member of Secured by Design, the initiative from the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) that aims to reduce crime through innovative products and processes. The SBD logo is the only symbol that guarantees national Police approval of a product.
