OWL is an advanced solution for police, partner agencies & communities to utilise the potential of Neighbourhood Watch, School Watch, Business Watch and dozens of other schemes. OWL provides the latest messages and crime alerts along with management tools for starting and maintaining watches.

Please log in if you have been sent a password. If you are already in a watch and live in Hertfordshire, Staffordshire or Gwent but don't have a password please use the Watch Finder tool to contact your local coordinator and ask for a password. Please consult with your local police force if you would like to use OWL to manage your watch schemes & send messages to members in your county or district.

Finding Your Neighbourhood Watch (NHW)

To find out if you are in a Neighbourhood Watch scheme in Hertfordshire, Staffordshire, Gwent, or North Wales, or if you want to start up a new watch, use the Watch Finder tool. It will ask for your postcode to find the nearest active watch to your location. OWL is available for other UK police forces and partner agencies to support residential & business groups.
