OWL is an advanced solution for police, partner agencies & communities to utilise the potential of Neighbourhood Watch, School Watch, Business Watch and dozens of other schemes. OWL provides the latest messages and crime alerts along with management tools for starting and maintaining watches.

If you are already in a watch and live in Hertfordshire, Staffordshire or Gwent but don't have a password please use the Watch Finder tool to contact your local coordinator and ask for a password. Please consult with your local police force if you would like to use OWL to manage your watch schemes & send messages to members in your county or district.
