If you are already in a watch and live in Hertfordshire or Staffordshire but don't have a password please use the Watch Finder tool to contact your local coordinator and ask for a password. Please consult with your local police force if you would like to use OWL to manage your watch schemes & send messages to members in your county or district.

Once you have logged in to OWL all personal and Neighbourhood Watch data sent to or from your computer will be securely encrypted over the Internet. Please keep your OWL password a secret and never disclose it to anyone, even if someone claims to be an official from the police or OWL.
